The Good Life Three Day Challenge

The Good Life Three Day Challenge is your opportunity to do something really good for your body. You can clean out and detox your body by making a few simple changes for only three days.

By re-introducing yourself to whole foods you will experience an important shift in mind and body. You will feel lighter, good about making the diceision and following through, not to mention the benefits to the body.

Being disciplined is a great feeling to embody. You give yourself three days to improve your health. It is a commitment. How good can easy feel?

This challenge puts you in charge! The greater your commitment, the more benefits you reap! Your body will tell you how good it feels! Some people notice a difference during Day One.

You nourish the body ... You sharpen your mind ... You strengthen your spirit.

The Good Life Three Day Challenge is not a medical plan, nor is it a "diet." (see below). This is a simplified version of what I have been directed to do at various holistic health clinics. Through discipline you can step away from habits and 'get it' that you can manage your life differently. Most people who have practiced this cleanse report that they feel more aware of what they eat and how they eat it. They notice a lighter feel and 'more room' in the abdominal area. More energy is most often reported. You will experience the benefits of the Good Life in small subtle ways and in big obvious ways. (See below)

Understand that the body is constantly striving (and wanting) to move toward health. Increasing your intake of simply prepared whole foods feeds your body what it wants.


This is one good way to jump start yourself. To realize that you can be more in control of what you eat. This is not about good food/bad food. This is about increasing fiber, detoxification and building health.
You can work, play and even exercise. You live your routine life and you feel better each day. You feel the reward. This program only takes a small amount of effort and a little planning..

There are several ways to approach the program:

Consider The Good Life Three Day Challenge as a once a month venture, or do the challenge one day a week. If you begin the challenge and veer off course for any reason, renew your commitment and resume your practice. No need for guilt, just renewal.
