Today, Sanna quiets cranky newborns, coaches for weight loss and assists children and adults with life struggles. Personal empowered is the result of Sanna's unique style of healing.

The Beginnings - Sanna received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from The College of Steubenville and a Master degree in Educational Psychology from Duquesne University.  Through classes, work experiences and supervision Sanna developed herself as a effective therapist working within a traditional clinical setting. Her final position, Director of Child Abuse Prevention Services inspired her to explore other realms of healing.

How Sanna's Transformation Happened - Sanna expanded beyond her traditional role as a therapist when she first discovered the power of energy therapies, namely Alchemical Hypnotherapy.

After many years of intense grief due to the sudden death of her Mom, Sanna discovered that she could heal her life. Being thirteen, second of six children, her Mother's death penetrated every aspect of her life. It was very difficult for a long time. Silent grief creates a wide range of problems.

'Coincidentally,' Sanna experienced a Alchemical Hypnotherapy session with Debbie Unterman, who was beginning an intensive certification training in just three days.

Sanna immediately signed up to become certified as Alchemical Hypnotherapy practitioner. This training instantly reshaped her as a therapist.

As a Therapist, Hypno-Coach and Speaker, Sanna teaches clients powerful mental strategies for performance improvement and healing, and guides them to settle life challenges associated with life difficulties. She also uses HypnoCoaching for clients who want a consistent, less therapeutic approach to achieve excellence in performance or for weight loss.

Accountability HypnoCoach - Being associated with performers spurned her interest in performance psychology and how performers can improve their relationship to their art and sport. Specially designed techniques are a powerful resource to mentally strengthen for audition, for any performance and even surgery.

Self-empowerment builds an inner vision to lift the performance experience to a higher artistic level. These techniques deepen the spiritual connection between performer, personal expression and chosen art form.

Emotional Freedom Technique (psychological acupressure), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), guided imagery and Alchemical Hypnotherapy set the stage for greater clarity, strong images, emotional strengthening & personal awareness.

Sanna worked many hours back stage to immerse herself into the challenges performers have. Her on-the-spot fear/anxiety management and pre-performance meditation assist performers to present within their higher range of competence. This solution oriented approach offers personal attention and a practical approach to enhance performance, although not limited to the arts. Her performance clients include performers (dancers, musicians, singers, musical theater actors and writers).

Medical Hypnosis - Sanna works with individuals, including performers, who are recovering from injuries, or preparing for surgery. Medical hypnosis, EFT and personal resources de-stress clients for surgery, medical tests and body-mind pain. Under her guidance, needle phobia can be terminated.

Surgery prep clients range in age from 7 to 88. Whether it back fusion, hypnobirthing or colonoscopy, you can choose to go to the event empowered. One client said it best, "When I went to surgery, I said, "Here I am! Let's do it." (His recovery was excellent!)
