We eat every day.  We eat to nourish ourselves and we attempt to satisfy levels of self that cannot be fed with food. Eating has become the new stress.

We are eating for everything, including bodily hunger! Anger, upset, boredom, to wake up, to not feel pain, pain, for relief... and any or all of life's struggles. We limit the pleasure we can feel through the gifts food offer and the health we can achieve.

Eating habits are unique to each of us. They have been shaped and reinforced. I believe that in order to create the ease and joy we rightfully deserve, we must reset the habit of eating. Habits around food are driven by individual cravings that are not always for food.

Any eating habit can be reshaped, changed or terminated.

  • I need a food plan that keeps me satisfied. I don't know how to eat any more.

           ANSWER:Of course you want to feel satisfied and energized by the foods you eat. Simple carbohydrates increase the drive for food and keep you eating, eating more, and overeating. I can assist you in establishing an eating plan that reduces cravings, increases fat store reduction and sustains body integrity. Losing weight becomes secondary and naturally occurrs when you follow an eating plan that is minimizes junk, processed foods and that consists of whole foods.

  • Help! I need to reduce my stress now. 

         ANSWER:  A call for HELP! indicates that you need to integrate frequent approaches for stress reduction to reduce the accumulative effect of long standing stress. Trying to quell the stress of crisis or drama in the moment could backfire. Remember, stress is subjective and personal. What bothers you may not bother me. Either way, stress increases pressure and tension in the body. I offer you a private session to customize private routines that are effective and will work within how you live and work.          ANSWER: No, I do not create customized workouts for you. I have two people I contract with that will meet with you and review your needs. You can design a customized workout for when you travel, want to work out at home or find the most suitable style of work out plan for you. You want to enjoy moving the body.   • I need regular coaching to keep me on track. Can you talk to me twice a week?

           ANSWER: Yes. I can tele-coach as often as you need support. Our goal is your independence, authority, and freedom.
